To inject a little extra magic into the holiday season, we created a holiday helper elf named Buttons who comes to life on Facebook Messenger to help make your holidays merry. Buttons was distributed to Rethink’s clients as a physical card with a pop-out elf ornament. Using parametric coding, each elf delivers custom, personalized content curated to each client, making their holidays feel that much more special. The magical, bilingual chatbot is able to hold holiday-themed conversations in real time, or offer up all sorts of seasonal solutions – from time-saving holiday hacks and stress-relieving festive destruction GIFS, to holiday party tricks including icebreakers, jokes, drinking games, and even a hangover prevention tool.
